Younglimwon Soft Lab, a 30-year provider of an industry-specific customized ERP  has clinched the top spot in the ERP category of the 2023 Korean Quality Satisfaction Index (KS-QEI). The KS-QEI is a comprehensive quality satisfaction index developed in collaboration between the Korean Standards Association and the Korean Society of Quality Management. This annual assessment evaluates performance, reliability, durability, usability, safety, accessibility, image, awareness, and novelty, resulting in the recognition of service quality excellence and satisfaction.

This year, Younglimwon Soft Lab received positive evaluations across all categories within the ERP sector of the Korean Quality Satisfaction Index. Notably, they excelled in the 'Usage Quality Index,' which assesses performance, reliability, and usability, as well as the 'Emotional Quality Index,' which evaluates image, recognition, and novelty. The accolade was conferred on October 23, 2023.

Furthermore, Younglimwon Soft Lab has prioritized quality and security by obtaining Grade 1 GS (Good Software) certification. This comprehensive software quality certification test assesses functional integration, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, and security based on ISO/IEC 25023, 25041, and 25051 international standards. The certification was granted by the Korea Telecommunication Technology Association (TTA). In addition, the company continues its efforts to enhance security, including obtaining ISO/IEC 27001 certification for its information security management system. ISO/IEC 27001 is the most authoritative international standard certification in the information security field established by the International Organization for Standardization. It involves the evaluation of 114 items in 14 areas related to information security management, including information protection policy, organizational operation, physical security, technical security, and incident response, conducted by an audit team composed of experts from ISO certification institutions.
