How to Use
Each store can be counted as a general user of ERP and additional general users can be purchased at the head office as needed.
'One month' in SystemEver is from today to the next month and from today.
Examples: June 21-July 21, January 31-February 29, October 31-November 30
The number of concurrent user refers to the number of users who are simultaneously connected (logged in) to the ERP, and is
usually much less than the total number of Users (= number of Employees) who can use ERP.
The number of General Users and ESS Users are controlled by the Concurrent User license method.
General users are users who have the authority to access all ERP screens, and ESS (Employee Self-Service) users are users who
can only access their own data. ESS users can access only the screens necessary for themselves, such as Personnel Info inquiry,
Salary Statement Inquiry, Certificate Issuance Application, Year-End Settlement input/inquiry, Journal Entry/Inquiry.
In other words, there are limited ERP screens that can be accessed compared to general users. For the number of general users and
the number of ESS users, the concurrent user license method is applied.

trail access for trial.
SystemEver can be used on a monthly basis by default, and usage fees are charged on a monthly basis. However, if the
service is started or cancelled in the middle of the month, Usage fees will be calculated by daily rate.
Data, security, storage
TDE (Transparent Data Encryption) is applied to the original database, and security against the leakage of the original database
is applied.
In addition, the user account password is encrypted with SHA512.
ERP data is stored in data centers inside and outside Korea of Azure, a Microsoft cloud service, and it is difficult to
say that there is no risk of hacking at 100%, but the highest level of security is maintained.
Since the inception of the service, no ERP data corruption has occurred due to hacking.

The ERP data is kept for only one month from the date of cancel subscription. After it, all data including customer
account information will be deleted the next day.
• If you want the saved ERP data, please apply for data backup at the time of ‘cancel subscription’ request, and
a link to download the data will be sent to you via e-mail.
• Download is available only until the date of deletion, and cannot be downloaded from the next day.
• The type of data file provided is. bacpac of Microsoft SQL Server. All data can be directly exported to Excel at
any time between use.
Consulting and development inquiry
Since SystemEver is a cloud SaaS, it should be assumed that you are using the best practice package as it is.
However, we only allow development within the range of up to 1 Man/Month (one person works for 20 days) during the
development period (up to 8 screens) for the inquiry or output screen that is suitable for the customer's situation.
The detailed additional development period and cost are determined according to the customer's request during the consulting
period.
Monthly maintenance fees for additional development may be incurred. The usual monthly maintenance cost for additional
development is 1.5% of the additional development cost.
Consulting fees and additional development costs are paid directly to the partner company performed by the customer, and
monthly maintenance fees for additional development are included in the monthly fee.
In order to respond more quickly and broadly to customer requirements, we are operating a partner company system.
SystemEver 's partner is a reliable partner that has completed all stages of training such as sales, consulting, development, and
technical support under the guidance of SystemEver.
Consulting, additional development, product linkage with other companies, and primary technical support are provided by
SystemEver's partners under the management of SystemEver.
SystemEver is in charge of secondary technical support, but in case of a difficult problem, we provide on-site support by helping
partners in consulting and additional development. In order for consulting and further development to proceed clearly and
smoothly, a construction contract between the customer and SystemEver’s partner is preceded.
Compared to low-cost ERP, SystemEver can be used by reflecting a wide range of requirements in ERP.
For this reason, a consulting process is required, and SystemEver's partner visits and performs the work of reflecting (setting) the
requirements to the ERP through consulting with the business manager of the client. The number of detailed visits and the entire
consulting period are determined after consultation on the first day of the consulting visit.

In the case of K-System Ace, which is a on-premise ERP, it takes about 4 to 8 months to build a permanent license initially, but in
the case of Cloud ERP SystemEver, visit to adjust the function comparable to that of the built-up type for small and medium-sized
businesses. Cloud ERP will have Less consulting and more training . On site training is conducted depending on the demand.

There are no special benefits. Due to the different structures of the databases, it is difficult to migrate data in a 1:1
method. However, since ERP is currently being used, business analysis can be made easier and clearer.

Cost/Price/Use Fee
In SystemEver, the minimum period of time to use ERP is one day (1 day).
Therefore, if the ERP usage start date or termination date is in the middle of the month, the usage fee is calculated and charged on
a daily basis. The daily fee is calculated as a monthly fee x 12 months / 365 days.

There is no separate maintenance fee when using SystemEver

The linkage operation fee is free, but the subscription fee and usage fee required by other companies may be added. Details can

Charging / Unpaid /Cancellation / Refund
If you cancel during use, non-payment or overpayment will occur depending on the time of termination. You
will be charged or refunded prorated on the day of use
Due to all data including customer account information will be deleted the next day after storing the ERP
data for only one month from the date of cancellation (= the date of cancellation).
If you want to cancel your subscription, please contact SystemEver to apply
Interest due to non-payment or late payment is not charged separately. However, the service contract may
be terminated if payment is not made despite a total of 6 additional withdrawals.

Customer Support
You can reset your password by requesting it from SystemEver program administrator. Only the in-house
administrator has the authority to reset the password.
You can log in by issuing a temporary password through the “Reset Password” button in the ERP login
window.
You can receive support during use after purchase. There is no charge for the usual range of inquiries
(training, errors, functional improvement, functional questions, etc.).
